PURPOSE: A physical therapy and massage apparatus is provided to make it easy to move, carry and use by simplification of the apparatus and realize physical therapy and massage effects by applying a repetitive physical force. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: an air compressor(1) for energizing and supplying air; a solenoid valve(5), exhaust solenoid valve(5a) and control unit(7) for controlling opening and closing so that the air energized and supplied from the air compressor is supplied, held and exhausted periodically and repetitively; a massage unit consisting of an expansion tube(9) applying a physical pressure to a corresponding region of a human body as being expanded/shrunken over and over again by the air pressure and air amount and a cover member(11) covering the expansion tube on the outside; and an air pipe(3) being connected from the air compressor to the expansion tube.
