PURPOSE: Provided is a bottom foundation formed by inserting and standing a bar into a central projection rod, mounting a packing around outer circumference of the bar then coupling a screw cap around the central projection rod to conveniently execute constructional work and to replace partial elements without damaging the ground. CONSTITUTION: The foundation comprises a dent space having sloped side around a central and cylindrical projection rod(11'); a main body(11) having female thread part(11a); and a screw cap(13) to form a male thread part(13a) corresponding to the female thread part(11a) and to form hollowed hole(13') and joint insertion holes(13b) at equal intervals on top side of the rod(11'). A number of reinforcing ribs are formed on the outer circumference of the body(11).
