An Internet favorite environment is automatically set through installing a plug-in, and the user receives an actual service using the DB(D14). If the user inputs a language on a browser URL address window instead of clicking a favorites menu or a background screen menu, an address corresponded to a language designated by the DB is connected(D15). A path set in accordance with a search request of the user is connected, and the language designated by the DB is moved to a wanted site(D16).
