PURPOSE: A system and method for an electronic bid is provided to enable a supplier user to participate in the bid for a raw material or a commodity automatically without participating in each bid according as a price is changed. CONSTITUTION: If a request with respect to a raw material or a commodity is transmitted to an electronic supply system(300) from a supply company system(100), the electronic supply system(300) informs a processing result to the supply company system(100) through an electronic bid. In addition, the electronic supply system(300) transmits a delivery instruction of a fixed raw material or commodity to a shipping company terminal(600). An electronic source server(310) processes new registration related data with respect to a supply company. An electronic bid server(320) executes an electronic bid with respect to a raw material or commodity transmitted from the supply company system(100) through the Internet(200). A transaction server(330) executes a data process related to a cost calculation after an electronic bid. An ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) module(340) supports a principal process management such as a production, a purchase, an order, a transaction with a supplier, a client service supply, etc.
