It is possible to provide an electronic bidding/bidding opening program capable of guaranteeing validity of bidding information and checking whether the bidding information has been tampered. A predetermined validity concerning a bidding winning process is verified by acquiring bidding information, partial identification information expressing each part of the bidding information which can be distinguished from the other part, a plurality of information obtained by encrypting a plurality of appropriate positions of the bidding information, and information obtained by encrypting the partial identification information and an amount of money added by a signature of a staff in charge and using a predetermined combination of some of the aforementioned information.
