PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of multi-functional common eggs, native eggs, blue eggs which contain IgY antibody for helicobacter pylori, low cholesterol and high DHA. Therefore, the manufactured eggs are used for prevention and treatment of gastritis. CONSTITUTION: The production method of eggs containing IgY antibody for Helicobacter pylori is characterized by using Helicobacter pylori as an antigen, and a glucose binding protein complex(MW 100kDa) or cholera toxin(sigma. co) as an immunoadjuvant. The production method of eggs containing high DHA and low cholesterol is characterized by using feeds containing fermented crab shells, mugwort powder, fish oil and an antioxidant(BHA).
