Ginseng food for strengthening study efficacy and the preparing method

PURPOSE: A method of preparing a ginseng food product containing a ginseng-containing crude drug material and wheat germ oil as a main material, DHA-containing fish oil, vitamin B group, taurine, L-carnitine or polydextrose is provided. Therefore, the food product has an effect of enhancing learning and/or memory and can be used by a biocharacteristic due to sex distinction such as schoolboys and schoolgirls. CONSTITUTION: A blend of 5 to 20 parts by weight of a ginseng extract, 18 to 30 parts by weight of a herbal extract, 12 to 30 parts by weight of wheat germ oil, 12 to 30 parts by weight of DHA-containing fish oil, 1 to 5 parts by weight of vitamin B group, 5 to 15 parts by weight of taurine, 5 to 10 parts by weight of vitamin C, 5 to 10 parts by weight of vitamin C, 5 to 10 parts by weight of vitamin E, 5 to 10 parts by weight of tocopherol, 10 to 20 parts by weight of palm oil, 5 to 10 parts by weight of wax and 3 to 20 parts by weight of L-carnitine is homogenized, formed with a succinic acid gelatin film and then dried for 10 to 15 days to produce a food product for schoolboys. The food product for schoolgirls uses 3 to 20 parts by weight of polydextrose instead of L-carnitine. The herb contain Radix polygalae, Acori Graminei Rhizoma, Zizyphi spinosi semen, Poria cocos and Schizandrae Fructus.
