PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition and a health food by a special method for production in which the effect of ginseng saponin etc., is enhanced; absorbability is increased and efficacy and effect are enhanced with safety, quick efficacy and effect, and little adverse effects.;SOLUTION: The useful effect of crude drug saponin etc., is enhanced by enhancing internal absorption of active ingredients, suppressing the adverse effects, and more quickly enhancing bio-functions.
