PURPOSE: Provided is a method for maximizing taurine content in fowl meat by control taurine quantity to be added to feeds and feeding time the feeds to a fowl in order to increases absorption of taurine into a fowl. CONSTITUTION: The method for maximizing taurine content in fowl meat is characterized by adding taurine to conventional fowl feeds within an amount of 0.1-0.3% and feeling fowls with the taurine added feeds for at least 4 weeks. The conventional fowl comprises corns, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, gluten and tallow.
