A control unit(60) decides an over speed, a long term over-speed, a sudden acceleration, a sudden braking, and an under rpm, computes marks accordingly, calculates demerit marks, and is electrically connected with the vehicle speed detecting unit, the rotational frequency detecting unit, and the brake-sensing unit to compute the numerical value of drivers' driving pattern according to the total demerit marks. An input unit(40) inputs basic data to the control unit to compute the total demerit marks and the numerical value of drivers' driving pattern, and is electrically coupled with the brake-sensing unit. A storage unit(50) electrically combined to the control unit stores the input data of the input unit and the calculated numerical value of the control unit. An indicating driving unit(70) is electrically connected to display the various stored information of the storage unit through an indicating unit(80). A warning unit(90) warns auditorily when the driving pattern numerical value calculated by the control unit is smaller than the reference value input by the input unit.
