- SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO DOCTORS UNDER LICENSE-CONTROLLED CONDITIONS

PURPOSE: A system for offering a consulting service to a doctor under a license-controlled condition is provided to allow the doctor to access the knowledge of experts and to properly guarantee a fee to the experts. CONSTITUTION: A transmission system transmits an operating procedure in such a form as pulse sequences, protocols, and parameter setting with regard to an actual medical diagnosis of the doctor. The transmission system is connected to a license fee settlement system. The license fee settlement system pays license fee to the expert building the operating procedures to receive the license fee.
