摘要

PURPOSE: A vinyl chloride-based graft copolymer resin and its preparation method are provided, to improve the heat resistance, the impact resistance, the tensile strength and the mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: The vinyl chloride-based graft copolymer resin comprises 3-10 parts by weight of an acryl-based copolymer latex, and 5-20 parts by weight of an N-substituted maleimide and 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride-based compound which is grafted to the acryl-based copolymer. Preferably the acryl-based copolymer latex has a glass transition temperature of -140 to -30 deg.C, and a particle size of 50-1,000 nm; and the N-substituted maleimide is represented by the formula 1, wherein R is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group of C3-C10, and preferably is a cyclohexyl group, a phenyl group, a benzyl group, a naphthyl group, a 2-chlorophenyl group, a 2-methylphenyl group, a 2-chlorobenzyl group or a 2-methylbenzyl group.
