- Process for diagnosing immediate hypersensitivity diseases using autoantibody-mast cell tryptase immune complex as a unique marker and the kit thereof

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for diagnosing the immediate hypersensitivity diseases using existence of autoantibody-mast cell tryptase immuno complex existed in the sera of patient having the immediate hypersensitivity diseases. Also, a kit is provided to be used in the method for diagnosing. CONSTITUTION: The method for diagnosing the immediate hypersensitivity diseases includes detecting an autoantibody-mast cell tryptase immuno-complex. The method for detecting comprises (a) a step of coating a solid support with a captures antibody; (b) a step of blocking the solid support; (c) a step of adding a binding buffer and the sera of the patient to the solid support; (d) a step of adding a detector antibody to the solid support; and (e) a step of detecting the antibody complex. The method further comprises washing step.
