PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for producing metal droplet by using laser are provided to fabricate certain components within a short period of time by three-dimensionally accumulating metal droplet in a desired shape using a three-axis processing standard table controlled by a series of programs. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is characterized in that a metal wire rod feeder is operated by driving of a motor mounted inside the metal wire rod feeder, a thin wire is wounded in a coil shape on the outer circumference of drum of the motor so that a metal wire rod (41) is transferred in a certain speed, the wire rod is rotationally transferred to a Nd-YAG laser generator (10) by circumferential motion of the rolling bodies when the wire rod is entered into a metal wire rod transfer control unit (42) consisting of upper rolling body and lower rolling body for securing straightness of the metal wire rod, the metal wire rod (41) is dropped in a bead shape by a heat source of radical high temperature in the Nd-YAG laser generator (10) so that metal droplet (43) is produced, and a product is manufactured by horizontally and vertically moving a three-axis standard table (30) in a desired path according to instructions of a transfer control unit (20) in which programs controlled by a computer are installed, thereby accumulating metal droplet in desired shape, the droplet being dropped in liquid phase from a determined fixed position using the laser heat source.
