PURPOSE: An indium based metallic particulate and an indium based metallic particulate dispersed sol for properly forming a transparent conductive coating film having superior antistatic property, electron shielding property, preparation reliability and economic feasibility, a method for preparing the same, and coating solution, coating film substrate and display device containing the indium based metallic particulate are provided. CONSTITUTION: The indium based metallic particulate is characterized in that an average particle size of the indium based metallic particulate is in the range of 2 to 200 nm, wherein the indium based metallic particulate is an indium metal alone or a mixture of the indium metal and one or more metals selected from Sb, Sn, Ag, Au, Zn, Cu, Bi and Cd. The indium based metallic particulate dispersed sol is characterized in that the indium based metallic particulate is dispersed in water and/or organic solvent. The method for preparing the indium based metallic particulate comprises the processes of preparing a mixed alcohol solution containing indium based compound and organic stabilizer, and adding a reducing agent to the mixed alcohol solution containing 40 wt.% or more of alcohol in solvent, wherein the alcohol solution contains one or more of metal compounds selected from Sb, Sn, Ag, Au, Zn, Cu, Bi and Cd. The coating solution for forming a transparent conductive coating film comprises the indium based metallic particulate and polar solvent, wherein the coating solution further comprises conductive oxide particulate. The transparent conductive coating film substrate comprises a substrate, a transparent conductive particulate layer containing the indium based metallic particulate formed on the substrate, and a transparent coating film having a lower refractive index than the transparent conductive particulate layer formed on the transparent conductive particulate layer. The display device comprises a front plate comprising the transparent conductive coating film substrate, and a transparent conductive coating film formed on the outer surface of the front plate.
