A Human Keratinocyte- Fibrin- Glue-Suspension Incorporated with Wound Healing Growth Factor for Promotion of Skin Regeneration and a Process for Preparing the Same

PURPOSE: A process of preparing a skin regeneration stimulating agent using a fibrin glue containing keratinocyte cells and a growth factor separated from a neonatal foreskin or an autologous hair follicle is provided. Therefore, the agent supplies sufficient blood to a wound site when applied thereto and stimulates skin regeneration within a short time while effectively preventing secondary infection. CONSTITUTION: A skin regeneration stimulating agent is prepared by the steps of: pouring an autologous hair follicle including a neonatal foreskin or follicle into a stabilization solution which comprises an animal cell culture medium added with antibiotics and powdered fetal bovine serum, and carrying it maintaining the temperature 2 to 8deg.C; separating keratinocytes from the carried neonatal foreskin or autologous hair, culturing the separated keratinocytes and obtaining a single keratinocyte suspension; and obtaining a fibrin glue by polymerizing the single keratinocyte suspension and a mixed liquid of fibrinogen and a growth factor.
