PURPOSE: A portable taxation process terminal and a taxation process method are provided to store a taxation process program at a portable terminal, to enable a user to input taxation data at the portable terminal according to an instruction, and to display a taxation result with an explanation. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a memory(100), a controller(300), and a display(400). The memory(100) stores a terminal operation program and application programs. The controller(300) includes a company taxation process module(310), and an income taxation process module(320), both of which have their subordinate sub modules. The controller(300) switches the portable terminal to a company taxation program mode or an income taxation program mode according to a request from a user, and enables a user to select sub program modes subordinate to the two main program modes on the display(400). The controller also enables the user to input data according to an instruction, and outputs a corresponding taxation result with an explanation on the display(400).
