PURPOSE: An apparatus equally annealing upper and lower coils piled up in batch annealing furnace is provided to simply perform centering operation of coil and convecting plate when piling up the coil inside inner cover and maximize convection efficiency of atmospheric gas by heat of burner. CONSTITUTION: In a batch annealing furnace in which the coils are annealed by convection of atmospheric gas filled in the inner cover by piling up coils in multistage inside an inner cover and generating heat in a space formed between two covers using a burner installed at an outer cover, the apparatus equally annealing upper and lower coils piled up in the batch annealing furnace comprises a convecting plate(29) comprising upper and lower coil fixing bands vertically projectingly formed on the outer circumference of a penetration hole of the center of the coil so that the inner diameter of the coil is connected, and upper and lower blowholes formed on upper and lower surfaces of the convecting plate(29) to supply hot blast to the coil connected to the upper and lower coil fixing bands through hot blast holes formed on the upper and lower coil fixing bands; and a recirculation cover(35) comprising a recirculation inner cover(31) for forming a recirculation inner space(47) connected to an exhaust port(45) of the outer cover(3) to exhaust the recirculated heat to a furnace stack(13) by recirculating heat generated from the burner(5) to blower(43), and a recirculation outer cover(33) for forming a recirculation outer space(51) connected to the recirculation inner space(47).
