Low power consumption Mask ROM and Micro controller having the same

PURPOSE: A low-power mask ROM(Read Only Memory) and a micro-controller including the low-power mask ROM are provided to reduce the power consumption by forming a mask ROM cell with an enhancement-type transistor. CONSTITUTION: A precharge and data sensing unit(100) pre-charges a bit line and has a plurality of enhancement-type transistors and a plurality of depletion-type transistors to induce a high or low level on the bit line. An inverter(300) inverts an output of the precharge and data sensing unit(100). A multiplexer(400) outputs one of the outputs of the inverter(300) and the precharge and data sensing unit(100) as ROM data. A control unit(200) makes the multiplexer(400) select one of the outputs of the bit line and the inverter(300).
