PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of tungsten-copper complex powder which produces the tungsten-copper complex powder with excellent sintering property and fineness so that it produces tungsten-copper sintering alloy with superior heat and electricity conductivity. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the tungsten-copper complex powder comprises the steps of: (i) melting aqueous tungsten salt and copper salt in water, drying and calcinating to prepare complex oxide powder; (ii) calcinating salt including tungsten to prepare tungsten oxide powder additively; (iii) mixing 20-75wt% of the complex oxide powder and 25-80wt% of the tungsten oxide powder to form ultrafine tungsten-copper complex oxide powder through ball milling; and (iv) reducing the complex oxide powder.
