PURPOSE: A timing controller of a thin film transistor liquid crystal display is provided to reduce the number of output data lines of the timing controller by half by generating two output clocks different in phase with the same frequency as four port output, and reduce the number of output pins. CONSTITUTION: A timing controller(150) receives odd data, odd clock, even data, and even clock for generating odd data, even data, first clock, and second clock. An output terminal filter(160) receives the odd data, the even data, the first clock, and the second clock from the timing controller for outputting the same to a column drive IC(Integrated Circuit)(IC).
