PURPOSE: A disintegrator with a soundproof breaker is provided to absorb vibration or impact cased by a breaker running by using cushions and promote maintenance efficiency to extend the life of equipment. CONSTITUTION: The disintegrator with a soundproof breaker contains: a hollow frame(11) joined with a cover by a bolt connection; a main body(15) placed inside the frame; side vibration-proof cushions(18,18',19,19') provided with numbers of projections and keeping the main body away from the inner wall of the frame, the upper and lower cushions(16,17) and a wear plate(20), which absorb vibration or impact; a rod-shaped tool connected to the lower part of the frame; an adaptor connecting the frame to the arm of equipment.
