PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a domestic and foreign tour are provided to enable a tourist to select a tour course same as the domestic reservation by making a foreign tourist select the tour course or a theme as connecting to a tour invitation part in the nation of the foreign tourist and offering the select information to a local affiliated store in real-time. CONSTITUTION: A central management server(10) comprises a CPU, a memory part, a display part, an input/output part, a communication interface, and a database. The database comprises a foreign/domestic tour store database(1), a tour menu database(2) standardized by each business category, a member information database(3), a tour store information database(4), and a tour management server database(5). A local tour management server comprises the CPU, the memory part, the display part, the input/output part, the communication interface, and the database storing and processing the local tour information and the member information. A local tour store management server comprises the CPU, the memory part, the display part, the input/output part, the communication interface, and the database storing and processing the business category and periodic tourist visiting information, and the peculiar tour information of each store.
