PURPOSE: Provided are amalgamated fermentation management apparatus and fermentation method of waste organic matter, the apparatus and method being capable of preventing generation of liquid byproduct by supplying air enough to the organic matter to be treated and adjusting moisture content in the organic matter adequately, thereby preventing water pollution by liquid byproduct and reducing cost to treat the liquid byproduct. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for fermenting organic matter under aerobic condition, comprises a housing(2) through which sun light is permeable, a pair of side walls(6,8) installed in the housing(2), a water passage way(10) provided at the bottom of the housing between the side walls(6,8), a diffuser (P) buried in the water passage way(10), an air pump(12) for compulsively supplying air to the diffuser (P), a first and second biofilters arranged in parallel with a division ratio of 1:9 and separated by a compartment over the water passage way(10), a mixing device(18) installed above the biofilters, a hot air supplying device(20), a storage tank(30), a decant water storage tank and a waste organic supply device(48), a scrapper for separating livestock excrement into liquid and solid components, a solid-liquid separator for separating again the liquid component separated by the scrapper into solid matter and liquid matter, a decant water storage tank installed at a side of the solid-liquid separator for storing decant water of the solid-liquid separator, a storage tank installed at the other side of the solid-liquid separator for storing the solid matter separated by the solid-liquid separator and the solid component separated by the scrapper, wherein the decant water stored in the decant water storage tank and the solid matter stored in a storage tank to the first and second biofilters, respectively and separately by the waste organic supply device(48).
