PURPOSE: A multi-layer film structure having excellent oxygen barrier property and chemical resistance is provided. A packaging material for foods or chemicals having excellent mechanical strength, oxygen impermeability, cold resistance and heat sealability is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layer film structure(1) for packaging foods or chemicals comprises a laminated multi-layer structure composed of a first resin layer(11), an adhesive layer(12), a print layer(13) and a second resin layer(14), successively. The multi-layer film structure is produced by applying a solventless adhesive on the first resin layer(11), preparing the print layer(13) by gravure printing with a solventless print ink on the back surface of the second resin layer(14), positioning the print layer(13) on the first resin layer(11), drying and bonding them under pressure.
