PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a health food product by using fresh garlic and onion which have good effect on stomach and heart, and prevent adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a health food product by using fresh garlic and onion is characterized by (i) peeling fresh onion and garlic; washing and cutting them; drying the cut pieces thereof; and roasting them and followed by pulverization; and (ii) roasting fresh garlic and onion or steaming them; and drying and pulverizing them.
