PURPOSE: A dividend rate betting system, and an internet lottery ticket sale method are provided to enable a user to bet on a dividend rate by estimating a fluctuation of a stock index, e.g. the KOSPI or the KOSDAQ while he or she purchases an internet lottery ticket. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user charges cyber money with cash(S310). The user considers the fluctuation trend of a stock index, and browses a current dividend rate(S311). Based on the fluctuation trend and the current dividend rate, the user purchases an internet lottery ticket with the cyber money while the user bets cyber money on the lottery ticket(S312). The purchased internet lottery ticket is transmitted via an e-mail, and is stored at a lottery terminal(S313). If the stock exchange organization closes a stock trade, the dividend is given to the lottery ticket purchaser according to the fluctuation of a stock index and the amount of the betting money(S314). The user can exchange the cyber money with cash, and purchase a commodity or a service at a shopping mall(S315).
