PURPOSE: Provided is an organic material and nitrogen removal system for simultaneously removing organic material and nitrogen with high efficiency by fluidizing biocoated activated carbon in an aerobic, anaerobic, and anoxic reactors. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an anoxic fluidized bed reactor(1) for removing organic materials, an aerobic fluidized bed reactor(2) for removing ammonia and an anaerobic fluidized bed reactor(3) for removing nitrate, the three reactors(1,2,3) are connected in order by a pipe, a first, a second and a third tanks(51,52,53) connected to the reactors(1,2,3), respectively, for storing water used for fluidizing the respective biocoated activated carbon in respective reactors(1,2,3), and an oxygen supply unit(10) for supplying oxygen to the aerobic fluidized bed reactor(2).
