PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing multicomponent nano ceramic powder by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis which is characterized in that oxidant and reductant precursors are made into a drop of liquid, and then rapidly pyrolyzed. Accordingly, the resultant method produces homogeneous ceramic nano powder through a single process without calcination. CONSTITUTION: The multicomponent ceramic nanopowder is prepared by the following steps of: spraying a mixture of oxidant and reductant precursors stored in a chamber into a drop of liquid by ultrasonicator, preventing agglomeration and solidification of liquid drops by using hot air, and (S100) feeding liquid drops to a reactor through a filter attached to the chamber; (S200) pyrolyzing liquid drops during the drops pass through the reactor(800-1000deg.C) within 0.1-3sec; (S300) gathering prepared ceramic powder. The oxidant precursors are metal nitrates, and reductant precursors are carbohydrazide, urea, glycine, and fuels containing C, H, N and O.
