PURPOSE: Provided are a recyclable catalyst that uses water-soluble magnetic nanoparticles as support thereof so as to be recycled, and a method for fabricating the same. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of producing magnetic nanoparticles such as metal ferrite (MOFe2O3) by coprecipitation process in basic solution, and immobilizing organic-metal complex compound onto the surface of the magnetic nanoparticles, wherein the organic ligand has substituent such as carboxyl.
