PURPOSE: A method for controlling a breast massage apparatus and the breast massage apparatus are provided to endow women in a period of lactation and other healthy women with various massage effects. CONSTITUTION: The breast massage apparatus comprises a massage speed control unit(5) having speed display members(5c) formed by the use of light emitting elements and speed adjustment switches(5a,5b), a massage time display unit(4) having a time display portion(4c) and time adjustment switches(4a,4b), a power switch(2), an automatic massage button(3), a circulation display unit(3a) for displaying a massage state, a cup connector(6) protruding outward, and a pressure adjustor(7).
