The present invention relates to a breast massaging apparatus, which can be attached to a cup part of a brassiere to massage a breast area of a woman and to apply heat to the breast area, so that blood in the breast area is circulated and the breast area is increased in volume, and a method of controlling the same. The breast massaging apparatus includes: a body making contact with a cup part of the brassiere; a pad detachably coupled to the body and making contact with a breast part; a power supply unit provided in the body; a vibration massaging part operating by power supplied from the power supply unit; and a heat emitting unit to emit heat by the power supplied from the power supply unit.
