Shotcreting Method in Tunnel Excavation-Section for using a Bent Pannel

PURPOSE: A shotcrete construction method for a tunnel excavation plane using a curved panel is provided to form a pleasant working environment without dust by placing shotcrete, to prevent weak construction and to minimize the loss of materials. CONSTITUTION: The shotcrete construction method for a tunnel excavation plane using a curved panel comprises the steps of installing a support frame(10) on the section of a tunnel, attaching a curved panel(20) on the outside of the support frame(10) to be separable, and placing shotcrete between a tunnel excavation plane and a curved panel(20), separating the support frame(10) from the curved panel(20) after the shotcrete is hardened and unified with the curved panel(20), and repeating previous steps to complete a shotcrete construction work on a tunnel excavation plane corresponding to the whole section.
