PURPOSE: An auto-sampling and analyzing system of a sample for measuring water quality is provided to analyze the quality of water collected from various places efficiently with a single analyzer, and to reduce manufacturing cost by washing and maintaining the system easily. CONSTITUTION: An auto-sampling and analyzing system is composed of plural sample inlet pipes(20) collecting samples from various places and supplying samples to a sample supply pipe(40); the sample supply pipe selecting the single water measuring sample inlet pipe with plural opening valves, and supplying the sample to an analyzer(50); plural water examination sample bypass pipes(30) bypassing the sample through the non-selected sample inlet pipe to the place before sampling; and a washing fluid supply pipe(10) supplying washing fluid to a washing fluid injector(51) in the analyzer.
