PURPOSE: A water temperature maintaining device of a live fish carrying cistern is provided to drastically reduce the lethal of live fish during transportation and supply fresh live fish by transporting live fish in an optimum state. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink with a radiating plate(22) with radiating fins(21) and a radiating fan(23) is formed on the front of a thermal semiconductor device(10). A cooling sink(30) and a pipe(40) supplying chill and hot water to the cooling sink(30) are formed on the back of the thermal semiconductor device(10). The water cooled or heated is supplied the pipe(40) to the inside of a cistern storing live fish so that the water temperature of the cistern can be kept constant.
