PURPOSE:To always control sea water in a water tank for live fishes at the optimum temperature for transporting the fishes. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controlling unit U is arranged between a bed of a truck T and water tanks 9a and 9b placed on the bed 18 and an air heat exchanger 2 is laid at the upper part of the temperature controlling unit U. The air heat exchanger 2 is longitudinally inclined by an angle of (a) degree and refrigerant pipes 19 of the air heat exchanger 2 consist of flat pipes.
