PURPOSE: A device for preventing image photographing is provided to install an indoor generating device for emitting specific light in a security place, and not to store or transmit an image when a camera receives an image signal, thereby prohibiting storage and transmission of the image signal. CONSTITUTION: An optical signal generator generates an optical pulse. A camera built-in cellular phone has a function of prohibiting transmission and storage of image information when a camera recognizes the optical pulse by receiving an optical signal. A light emitting element(117) continuously emits light by a high voltage generating circuit(116). A motor(112) is driven by a motor driving circuit(111).
