PURPOSE: An apparatus for rotating two facial expressions of one face installed at a mirror is provided to easily move and carry by using one time battery as well as to be manufactured at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for rotating two facial expressions of one face installed at a mirror includes a motor formed at the rear surface and a battery power supplying device for supplying a power to the motor, a power supplying line, a switch and a case(10) combined with the rear plate(14). The advertisement attaching block(20) is formed on the front surface of the intermediate wall(12) and the mirror is attached to the bottom. The driving motor is formed at the motor axis formed extendedly from the motor incorporated into the case(10). And, the transparent cover(16) is connected to the front member of the case(10) by fixing the rotating gear(40).
