Investigation Method of Public Announcement Price of Land

PURPOSE: A method for examining the declared land prices is provided to complete the data input to a PC and to write a report easily at the same time without a separate work process after returning to a company. CONSTITUTION: The declared land price data is transmitted from a declared land price database server and is stored in a PC. The data is selectively downloaded to each examiner by connecting a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) with the PC. The examiner examines the actual land prices in a target area by holding the PDA. An ID and a password are inputted to the PDA. The latest data is displayed on a display window by inputting an address of a target address. An actual land characteristic and the land price are edited and inputted as the examined actual land characteristic and price. After completing the examination, the data for the edited actual land prices is transmitted to the PC. A data processing program in the PC makes a document and a diskette of a previously set format.
