A Sports Article for Physical Exercise Using Grasping Power

PURPOSE: A sports appliance increasing an exercise speed using a grasping force is provided to increase the speed to the maximum upon running with all one's might by using a grasping force applied to the sports appliance. CONSTITUTION: The sports appliance comprises: a finger holding portion(20) of a fork shape consisting of a plurality of projecting pins(23) and grooves and making it easier to hold fingers though the grooves; a palm holding portion(10) formed integral with the finger holding portion(20) and held on the palm upon grasping the hand; and a fastening strap(30) penetrated and connected to the palm holding portion(10) and bound by hands or the like to allow the finger holding portion(20) and the palm holding portion(10) to fully attached to the entire surface of the hand.
