Real time free phone and lotto call intelligent network system and service method thereof

PURPOSE: A real-time free call and telephone gift intelligent network system and a method for providing services thereof are provided to draw specific calls among telephone users in real time and to offer various benefits, such as gifts, mileage bonuses, gift certificates, etc., to winning calls. CONSTITUTION: A real-time free call and telephone gift intelligent network system(100) comprises an SSP(Service Switching Point)(110), an STP(Service Transfer Point)(120), an SCP(Service Control Point)(130), and an IP(Intelligent Peripheral)(140). The SSP(110) loads a calling number(02-526-6125) and a destination number(02-123-4567) on an ISUP(Integrated Services digital network User Part) message and transfers it to the SCP(130) through the STP(120). The SCP(130), driving a real-time free call and telephone gift intelligent network service logic and receiving a call processing request message from the SSP(110), compares the calling number of the received call with a telephone number previously created through a random number generation algorithm and determines whether it is a winning call. In case that the received call is a winning call, the IP(140) sends an announcement to the calling side with a congratulation message.
