A method for producing a titanium alloy having high temperature oxidation resistance is disclosed. According to this method, a coating layer made of copper bronze containing 10% or less of aluminum and 6% or less of silicon is obtained by an anode arc deposition method or an ion vapor deposition method. It is coated on a titanium substrate.
