PURPOSE: An auxiliary muffler for radiated sounds of a vehicle is provided to reduce radiated sound by inducing exhaust gas interference. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary muffler is formed by covering a filter pipe(2) having discharge holes(3) with an outer case(1). The discharge holes in a first row(4) face the other discharge holes in a second row(5) in zigzag. The discharge holes in a third row(6) are formed to be radial to the discharge holes the second line in zigzag. The exhaust gas discharged through the discharge holes is interfered at two spots before approaching the inner wall of the outer case.
