摘要

PURPOSE: A method for predicting transformation heating according to cooling of steel product is provided to accurately predict transformation heating of the steel product during constant temperature transformation as well as during cooling process of continuously reducing temperature of the steel product. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling cooling of steel product comprising the steps of predicting temperature of the steel product considering transformation proceeding circumstances of the steel product considered by change of transformation heating value determined according to change of transformation ratio (X) of the steel product; and controlling temperature of the steel product at certain position on manufacturing line or certain point of time to a certain target temperature by determining cooling amount based on the predicted temperature of the steel product, the method for predicting transformation heating according to cooling of steel product is characterized in that the transformation ratio (X) of the steel product is computed by the following expression 9: ln(-ln(1-X))=At+B, where t is cooling time, A is value depending on composition and cooling speed, is cooling speed, and B is a constant.
