PURPOSE: A method for blocking the signal transfer of a receiptor using a specific endoplasmic domain of the receiptor in the cell membrane is provided, thereby preventing or treating diseases caused or activated by bio-stimulation controlling substances. CONSTITUTION: A composition for cell lysis is characterized by containing a vector harboring a gene encoding an endoplasmic domain of a receiptor TNF R1 which participates in the signal transfer of TNF(tumornecrosis factor ), wherein the endoplasmic domain of the TNF R1 receiptor has 219 or 116 amino acids from the C-terminal of TNF R1 protein; and the vector is selected from the group consisting of plasmids TNFR1-219, TNFR1-116, MTNFR1-219 and MTNFR1-116.
