WATER-IN-OIL EMULSIONS CONTAINING AT LEAST ONE INSOLUBLE ORGANIC UV FILTER AND AT LEAST ONE NON-FILTRATING ORGANOMODIFIED SILICONE

Water-in-oil cosmetic or dermatological emulsion contains an insoluble organic UV filter(s) comprising micronized 2,4,6-tris(p-(2'-ethylhexyl-1'-oxycarbonyl)anilino)-1,3,5-triazine particles of size 0.1-2 mu and a non-filtering silicone(s) with alkyleneoxide groups. Water-in-oil cosmetic or dermatological emulsion comprises an aqueous phase(s), an oil phase(s), a photoprotective system containing an insoluble organic UV filter(s) comprising micronized 2,4,6-tris(p-(2'-ethylhexyl-1'-oxycarbonyl)anilino)-1,3,5-triazine particles of size 0.1-2 mu and a non-filtering silicone(s) with alkyleneoxide groups. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic or dermatological composition containing the above emulsion; and (2) use of the organomodified silicone with alkyleneoxide groups in the preparation of a cosmetic or dermatological water-in-oil emulsion composition for photoprotection.
