PURPOSE: A device for supplying a daily information service of neighboring areas using a caller telephone number of wire or mobile communication terminal as well as calling location information is provided to directly connect a user who wants the daily information service with a daily information service provider of the neighboring areas without relaying through a telephone operator, by inputting an abbreviated dialing or specific number, so as to perform immediate counsel between the user and the provider. CONSTITUTION: A caller telephone(100) uses a daily information service by using an abbreviated dialing or a specific number. A caller telephone office(310) transmits the abbreviated dialing or the specific number and a wire telephone number of a caller as data. An intelligent network(360) retrieves a telephone number of a neighboring daily information service provider near to the caller by using the data, or transmits the retrieved telephone number. A receiver telephone office(370) connects a receiver telephone(400) with the caller telephone(100) by using the telephone number of the daily information service provider. The receiver telephone(400) gives counsel to the caller telephone(100).
