PURPOSE: A feeding amount control device of a constant amount feeder is provided to accurately control the feeding amount of the constant amount feeder by automatically compensating the feeding amount calculated from a feeding amount computer with a zero control algorithm, a span control algorithm, and a compensation algorithm of a compensating unit. CONSTITUTION: A feeding amount control device of a constant amount feeder(20) is composed of a feeding amount detecting unit(12), a compensating unit(9), and a control unit. The feeding amount detecting unit detects feeding amount(X) supplied from the constant amount feeder with a load cell(1), a weight converter(2), and computers(16-1,16-2). When the feeding amount output from the feeding amount detecting unit is input to a zero control algorithm(11) and a span control algorithm(13) through a control mode(10-1) of a selection mode(10), the compensating unit outputs the zero and span control algorithms as zero and span deviation compensating coefficients, inputs the zero and span deviation compensating coefficients to a compensation algorithm(15), and outputs the feeding amount input through an operation mode(10-2) of the selection mode in the compensation algorithm into compensation feeding amount(Y) to the pre-input zero and span deviation compensating coefficients. The control unit controls the speed of a belt by transmitting the compensation feeding amount through PID(Proportional Integral Derivative) control(17) and SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier,5) to a motor(4).
