An Extraction method of Cordyceps sinensis extract

PURPOSE: A method for extraction of Cordyceps militaris(Dongchunghacho, Korean native name) by adding a garlic to Cordyceps militaris and extracting using alkaline electrolyzed water is provided, thereby improving extracting yield of an effective pharmacological component that is easily absorbed in the digestive track of human body. CONSTITUTION: This extraction method comprises the steps of: preparing electrolyzed water by electrolysis of underground water or city water and 0.1% electrolyte; adding the electrolyzed water to a mixture of freeze-dried Cordyceps militaris powder and garlic powder; extracting at 90 to 110deg.C for 3 to 5 hr; and concentrating at 90 to 110deg.C for 2 to 4 hr.
