Oil-in-water nanoemulsions, in which the average size of the oil particles is below 100 nm, contains an alkoxylated alkenyl succinate, alkoxylated glucose alkenyl succinate, or alkoxylated methyl glucose succinate as surfactant, and at least one oil with a molecular weight above 400, the weight ratio of oil to surfactant being 2-10.
